Welcome
Nau mai, Haere mai
In life, we all experience periods of difficulty, change, and growth. Often we can navigate these seasons best within the context of a supportive relationship. I ensure a safe and confidential environment for all my clients, where experiences and concerns can be explored, with empathy and without fear of judgment.
We will work collaboratively to understand and address the challenges you may be facing, fostering a path toward healing and personal development. I honour each individual’s journey, regardless of their background, gender, ethnicity or spiritual identity.

What I Offer
I currently work with people above the age of 18. I take a person-centred, strengths-based approach, drawing on my training in CBT and Narrative practice, depending on the requirements of the person I’m working with. I prioritise creating a safe space where clients can show up as they are and be met with genuine empathy, respect, and free of judgement, regardless of their background. I have experience working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, parenting, relationships, communication difficulties, identity, grief, trauma, faith and spirituality, and neurodiversity. I believe we are all wired for growth and healing and my role is to take a collaborative approach with clients to support them in moving towards greater insight, healing and change.
I have a Bachelor of Counselling and adhere to the NZCCA and NZAC Codes of Ethics to provide you with professional, Tiriti informed counselling.
